James I. Fletcher, Chairman - Jim Fletcher, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has nearly 50 years
experience in the purchase and renovation of real estate properties for rent and sale. He is also experienced in property management services. Throughout his life, Mr. Fletcher has been involved with many civic affiliations including the Masonic Lodge-Shriners of North America, Livestock Association, the Will Rogers Range Riders, and the American Associations of Sheriff's Posse. His achievements include serving as the Commissioner of Randall County Precinct 1, and has served in many positions in various Judges and Commission Associations in the Texas Panhandle.

Peggy Lawless, Director -
Peggy lives at Glenwood Apartments. She is a long time renter with us as she lived at
Green Acres before moving to Glenwood. Peggy is a single mom with 3 children.
Charles White, Attorney to Directors - Charles G. White graduated from high School in Muleshoe, Texas, in 1959, and graduated from Texas Tech University three years later in 1962. To help pay his way through college, he became a licensed journeyman electrician. In 1964 he became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Athough he has maintained his license as a CPA, he has not practiced accounting since becoming an attorney in 1971. "I just hire them or cross-examine them."
Prior to being licensed as an attorney, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, and subsequently attended the Army Officer's Candidate School at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and the Jungle Operations Course in Panama. He later served as a 1Lt. in the DMZ area of Vietnam during calendar year 1968.
After completion of his active military service in 1968, he resumed his attendance at law school at Southern Methodist University where he graduated first in his December 1970 class, receiving a JD degree with honors. He was licensed to practice law in Texas in April, 1971, and in 1978 he became Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1971 he has been engaged continuously in the practice of law, and has tried a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts, examples of which include litigation involving business disputes, land disputes, civil rights, products liability, patent, wills and estates, building construction, personal injury, professional liability, Federal Tort Claims Act, employment, tax, election law, and numerous other subjects.
